Insert overused comment here.

You really ARE well known on the classical scene. You're all over the top songs. Keep up the great work.

The "insert overused comment here" cracked me up, that was funny.

I really didn't know this had restarted or not. I was thinking i've only been listening to this for 11 seconds? And I KNEW that wasn't right. Keep up the great work you looping master.

Jessismith responds:

I love overused comments actually. It means I'm doing something right. :) Thank you!

You again?!

Really, just recently I was going through a bit of your stuff. Then I decided to take a look through the classical section of NG. Only to find this AWESOME piece at #5. Really. You are just unbelievable.

MarkySpark responds:

Yes it's me again! Thanks for stopping by, glad you like it. Just in the middle of composing another to put on today.

Wow.

This is so weird. Yet so good at the same time! :S

LLAAPPSSEE responds:

Weirds good. :D

Ah this song.

I never heard it much as Sonic 2 was one of the less played old games I have but it's still good. But I don't see what's wrong with some of the new games. Particularly I liked the Advance games alot better than the older ones but maybe that's just me? \O_o/ But the earlier game in my opinion were MUCH too hard. :S Keep up the good work!

If you ask me, Sega jumped the shark when Sonic uttered that infamous line from Sonic Heroes during the ending scene of the game, just after defeating Metal Sonic: "Because we're Sonic Heroes!" Since then, Sonic games just seem to be all going downhill. If I had the knowledge of what it takes to actually build a video game and I had a good team of various programming, graphic design and other professionals under my command, I could probably do a better job than those guys at Sonic Team these days. Seems like each new Sonic game is now one profound disappointment after another. I would play Sonic 4, but I don't have the cash to spend on it, although it looks very promising. Very promising, indeed.

I did enjoy the Sonic Advance game trilogy and I would agree that the Genesis games were quite difficult: but the challenge is certainly half the fun, especially as someone who grew up with the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Then again, one could always count on cheat codes and a Game Genie. Sometimes, I really miss the days when Sega and Nintendo were top-notch.

Well, back to business.

I have to say, I'm quite happy to see that someone who is not very familiar with the original song still really enjoyed my rendition. :)

As always: thank you very much for the review! They are always appreciated. :)

Woah.

I've never played this level but I've heard alot about it and it's stupid drums. But I never knew how UNBELIEVABLY weird this song is. :S I've NEVER heard a Sonic song this weird before. Keep up the good work!

DrMackFoxx responds:

I have played Sonic 3 and I would have to say that Carnival Night Zone had one of the most unusual background musics in a Sonic game. Nice to see that you liked my rendition of it. :)

Thank you very much for the review!

#7 in Video Game Section and no reviews?!

This song is epic. Never really knew that song well anyway...which is why this doesn't to me even sound like it at all apart from the 1:10 area which actually has it playing. Lol. Oh well. 5'd and downloaded!

Mr-E3000 responds:

thx so much for the recognition.

I don't see what's wrong.

You could use with a little voice deepening but if I do say so myself, I believe you got the laugh perfect. But I doubt many other people could do this.

DrMackFoxx responds:

To be honest, I have only heard one other person who could really give a great performance as Deem Bristow's Dr. Eggman. Nice to know that, for the most part, I have my impersonation correct. Although, I do agree that my performance needs to be deeper.

Thank you very much for another review and some helpful critique. It's greatly appreciated. :)

Not a song I often heard.

As I have said already I basically got NOWHERE in Sonic 3 and as such probably only heard this song like 3 times in the actual game. XD Keep up the great work!

DrMackFoxx responds:

Oops! Scratch that! You have reviewed all of my tracks so far! Whoops... ^_^; Thank you so much for all the awesome reviews!

If you ask me, the Act 2 boss battle music from Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles was the best boss fight track ever used in a Sonic game on the Sega Genesis.

Glad you really liked this track as well and thank you very much for this and all your other reviews so far! 'Tis greatly appreciated. :)

It's very cold.

Oh god I so wish I got up to this level in Sonic 3. I got nowhere with that game. Keep up the good work!

DrMackFoxx responds:

I shall continue to make my endeavors very good with my music. :) Thanks a lot for a great review!

Keep trying with Sonic 3. If you're stuck at Carnival Night Zone Act 2, remember that those bouncing barrels are manipulated with well-timed up and down motions on the control pad, not with timed jumping. It took far too long for me to figure that out. ^_^;
